  • FILL AND FLUSH VALVE

The Altecnic fill and flush valve is designed for use on domestic and small commercial heating systems. The combination of two ball isolating valves and one ‘T’ port diverting ball valve are used to fill and flush the system with cleaning chemicals or water treatment.

  • HEATING VESSELS C/W INTEGRATED BRACKETS

    ● Flat vessel for expansion on heating systems and boilers
    ● Max working pressure: 3 bar
    ● Max vessel operating temperature: 70°C

  • 550 SERIES – DN 25 COMPACT MANIFOLDS

    ● Max working pressure: 6 bar
    ● Temperature range: 5 - 110ºC
    ● With preformed insulation
    ● Centre distance: 125mm

  • FILTER & FROST PROTECTION PACK

    The pack consists of:

    2 x iStop® Anti-freeze Valves

The antifreeze valve allows the circuit medium to be drained when its temperature reaches an average value of 3 °C. This prevents ice from forming in the circuit of a system, generally with a heat pump, avoiding potential damage to the machine and to the pipes.

1 x High Flow Bi Pass

The differential by-pass valve is used in systems working with variable flow rates, for example in those making widespread use of thermostatic valves or 2-way motorised valves. It ensures a flow recirculation proportional to the number of valves being closed while limiting the maximum differential pressure value generated by the pump.

    1 x 28mm Dirtmag Plus

Dirtmag Quattro Multifunction device with dirt separator and strainer, including compression, ends. The presence of these two components allows for continuous protection of the generator and devices from any impurities that form in the hydraulic circuit both at the time of system start-up and in normal operating conditions.

  • DISCAL DIRTMAG

    ● Medium: water glycol solution ● Max percentage of glycol: 30% ● Max working pressure: 3 bar ● Temperature range: 0 - 90°C ● Particle separation rating down to 5μm ● Insulation shell available separately
  • 108 – iStop® ANTI-FREEZE VALVE c/w AIR SENSOR

The antifreeze valve allows the circuit medium to be drained when its temperature reaches an average value of 3 °C. This prevents ice forming in the circuit of a system, generally with a heat pump, avoiding potential damage to the machine and to the pipes.

The version with the air sensor allows the system to work in cooling mode, even when the water temperature is approaching 3 °C. In these conditions the air sensor cuts in to prevent water drainage.

  • SERIES 569 – WALL MOUNTED BUFFER TANK FOR HEAT PUMP

Buffer tanks, either for hot or cold water, have two main functions: they work both as a hydraulic separator and buffer tank.

The hydraulic separator makes the heat pump flow rates and terminals flow rates unconnected. The buffer function reduces the heat pump on/off switching. Hanging energy buffer tanks are designed for wall installation.

  • CALEFFI XF

The CALEFFI XF filter separates impurities in the system right from the first passage. Its large filtration surface and impurity separation upstream of the filter also minimises the problem of mesh clogging.

System water is treated in three distinct steps: an initial separation mesh, a central magnet and an outlet filter.

CALEFFI XF continuously protects the generator and devices from any impurities that form in the hydraulic circuit. It can be adjusted for horizontal or vertical installation.

Internal cleaning brushes mean that maintenance can be carried out without shutting off the device.

  • CALEFFI XF INSULATION

    Insulation for semi-automatic self-cleaning
    magnetic filter.

  • 305 INSTRUMENT HOLDER IN COMPOSITE MATERIAL FOR HEATING SYSTEMS

    ● Equipped with air vent, safety relief valve in composite material and pressure gauge.
    ● With insulation.
    ● Temperature range: 5 - 90 °C.
    ● Up to 50 kW.

  • 5453 SERIES – DIRTMAG® PLUS

Specific for the complete cleaning of the hydraulic circuit, to protect continuously generator and components.
    Technopolymer body.
Dirt separator with tecnopolimer internal element, with magnet.
Two inspectable strainers with stainless steel mesh:
1 for initial cleaning (blue colour) already installed,
1 for maintenance (grey colour) in package.
Shut-off valves with nuts, brass body.
Female connections and Ø 22 and Ø 28 mm with compression ends.
Adjustable for horizontal, vertical or 45° pipes.
    Drain cock with hose connection.
    Max. working pressure: 3 bar.
    Temperature range: 0 - 90 °C.
