ALTECNIC APARTMENT CONTROL ASSEMBLY™ COMPONENTS
The Altecnic Apartment Control Assembly offers a number of functions in one compact valve. Consisting of the Caleffi 533H PRV diaphragm, check-valve, water meter and isolating ball valve, the Altecnic Apartment Control Assembly allows the easy monitoring and control of water supply to a range of residential and commercial developments.
- Available in 5 different configurations including 3 options of water meter
- In-built fixing point allows for easy installation, saving time and cost of other fixings
- Insulation cover features labelling area for easy identification
- Available with water meter with MBUS connectivity, allowing for remote monitoring of water usage
- Comes supplied with PRV cartridge cover

SQUARE HEAD RADIATOR VALVE
The Altecnic square polished radiator valves are of durable construction giving dependable performance on domestic applications and in particular in bath and shower rooms.
Their smooth polished chrome finish and easy clean design makes them ideally suitable for use with towel rails and radiators in bath and shower rooms.
The polished chrome finish compliments white, chrome and other modern coloured towel rails and radiators.
The valves can also be used to provide isolation and regulation on radiators in other rooms with a more stylistic modern decor.
The inlet connection to both valves is 15 mm compression to BS EN 1254, for use with half hard R250 copper tube to BS EN 1057, and the outlet connection is a union tailpipe with ½” external pipe thread to BS EN ISO 228.

DRY TRAP TUNDISH
- Anti-splash design with transparent chamber provides a clear visual indicator for discharge (patent pending).
- No need to install both a tundish and a dry trap; the internal stainless-steel spring loaded disc mechanism prevents odours from escaping

CALEFFI XF
The CALEFFI XF filter separates impurities in the system right from the first passage. Its large filtration surface and impurity separation upstream of the filter also minimises the problem of mesh clogging.
System water is treated in three distinct steps: an initial separation mesh, a central magnet and an outlet filter.
CALEFFI XF continuously protects the generator and devices from any impurities that form in the hydraulic circuit. It can be adjusted for horizontal or vertical installation.
Internal cleaning brushes mean that maintenance can be carried out without shutting off the device.

DUAL FUEL POLISHED RADIATOR VALVES
The wheelhead valve has the facility to allow an electric heater to pass through the valve into the vertical leg of a towel rail. When this is connected to an electricity supply it allows the towel rail to be heated when the central heating boiler is switched off, for example in summer.
