Spreading the Warmth in 2022!

Following on from last winter’s #SpreadtheWarmth campaign, Altecnic hope to continue to raise the profile of important issues and charitable causes this winter.

 

Supporting Stoke-on-Trent Foodbank

Supporting our local community through continuing to partner with the local Stoke-on-Trent Food Bank is a priority for Altecnic, especially as recent figures have shown that 1 in 5 of the UK population live below the poverty line.

 

On 7^th December, 6  Altecnic team members volunteered at the food bank to provide assist some of their 120 volunteers in sorting the warehouse and packaging food parcels.

 

Furthermore, to help in making Christmas manageable for those who need support, Altecnic will continue with providing funding for the Stoke-on-Trent Food Bank ‘Turkey and all the trimmings’ food vouchers.

 

Altecnic employees are also contributing food, sanitary supplies, and Christmas gift donations as the foodbank continues to provide the usual food and support parcels to those who need temporary additional support.

Throughout the months of December and January Altecnic will be encouraging others to #SpreadtheWarmth this winter and share their own stories and initiatives using the hashtag “#SpreadtheWarmth” on social media.
