We understand that as a merchant, when you need a product in stock, you need it fast. We work in partnership with nationals, independents and buying groups across the UK and Republic of Ireland supplying a vast product range, often delivered the next day.

Beyond our products and stock availability, we have dedicated support teams on hand to help with sales, technical advice and marketing. Our regional sales managers span the length and breadth of UK, so we’re always in touching distance.

Enhancing your marketing efforts 

We offer support not only via phone, but also in-branch. Working alongside our area sales managers, we consistently facilitate events such as coffee mornings, sales promotions and POS displays to help your customers find the right Altecnic products.

Other support is also available, from providing high-res product images to product information and leaflets.

The team are also available for site visits, where appropriate, to help with warranty claims and provide advice on system design and optimisation.
