Altecnic Announces Opening of New Building - Francesco House

Altecnic Ltd is proud to announce the opening of its new premises, Francesco House, in Stafford, UK. This state-of-the-art facility marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and enhanced customer service.

The investment in Francesco House follows a period of sustained expansion for Altecnic, driven by increasing demand for high-quality hydronic solutions. Strategically located near Junction 14 of the M6 motorway, Francesco House provides improved transport access, ensuring efficiency in logistics and operations. The new site boasts significantly expanded warehousing and assembly space, enabling Altecnic to better serve its trade, OEM, and specification customers while accommodating future business growth. All Altecnic staff have successfully relocated to the new facility, ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted service.

Francesco House has been designed with sustainability at its core, integrating energy-efficient renewable energy sources and sustainable building materials. The building has achieved a BREEAM A rating, reflecting its high sustainability standards. Additionally, Altecnic has taken significant steps to reduce environmental impact by reusing building materials, upcycling office furniture to reduce waste, and reusing lighting in the warehouse.

In addition to its operational enhancements, Francesco House offers a vastly improved working environment for both office and warehouse employees. The facility includes a modern canteen, spacious open-plan office areas, and enhanced learning and development spaces. Furthermore, its proximity to a nature reserve with walking paths fosters employee well-being, aligning with Altecnic’s focus on creating a positive workplace culture.

This milestone has been made possible through the vision and investment of Altecnic’s parent company, Caleffi S.p.A., whose long-term commitment to sustainable growth has positioned Altecnic as an industry leader in the UK. By investing in cutting-edge infrastructure, sustainability, and operational efficiencies, Francesco House cements Altecnic’s role at the forefront of the plumbing and heating sector.
