We even offer a TMV valve that meets, TMV3, DO8 engineering specification required for healthcare and nursing home applications. It allows installations from point of use of baths and basins to centralised mixing in commercial properties such as sports facilities, where stable temperatures with high volume flow rates are required.
The Altecnic TMV range covers use with hot and cold water, with inlet pressures of up to 14 bar, maximum inlet temperatures of 85°C and temperature controls of +/-2°C.

The Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) Approval demonstrates that a particular product is compliant with Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations or Scottish Byelaws.
With the proliferation of storing water at high water temperatures i.e. above 60°C or having a storage vessel capable of storing hot water at a temperature exceeding 80°C valves capable of reducing the water supply temperature to a more acceptable distribution temperature must be fitted adjacent to the hot water storage vessel.
