New valve is water wise

A water flow restrictor valve from IntaEco has been newly accredited with a prestigious Waterwise Marque. The valve, Calflow Plus is a combined ball valve and flow regulator, appropriate for limiting the water flow from a variety of outlets, particularly wash basins and baths.

Plumbing Equipment Company moves into Space

A top plumbing equipment manufacturer has announced a £6m investment to more than double the size of its facilities in Staffordshire. Altecnic will move from its current premises at Hixon in Staffordshire to a purpose built 80,000sq ft facility at Mustang Drive in Stafford, creating new jobs in the process.

Eres: A new bypass valve

A brand new adjustable bypass valve has been launched by Altecnic for use in central heating systems. The eres valve is designed to prevent the pump from working against a closed circuit when all the control or thermostatic radiator valves are closed. It ensures a flow recirculation proportional to the number of valves closed, while limiting the maximum differential pressure generated by the pump. And like all Altecnic products it is built to high standards for maximum performance.
