Design

A major factor we have taken into consideration when designing this range of valves, is the ability to service the valve without draining down and removing the valve from the pipework. Our unique internal cartridge together with its integral filter can be serviced whilst still in situ.

Operation

The benefit of an inclined seating arrangement on the PRV 533T pressure reducing valves, enables easier connection to the outlet side. The specially designed arrangement also means:
•Pressure drops through the valve are minimal •Reduction in the physical size of the valve •Silent operation

Low Noise Design

As a result of the body design there is a clear passage in the body chamber at the outlet of the pressure reducing valve. This gives a particularly low speed zone and any noise caused by throttling which occurs when the pressure is reduced
